Warranty Information
1 - Frame - Limited Lifetime Warranty - The frame, in the original fabric and under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
2 - Recliner Mechanism - One (1) Year - The recliner mechanisms are warranted against breakage due to manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year.
3 - Cushion - One (1) Year - The cushions are warranted against a loss of resiliency for a period of one (1) year. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening and/or flattening of the fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.
4 - Motor and Electrical - One (1) Year Motors and/or electrical parts are warranted against breakage due to manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year.
5 - Fabric - One (1) Year - Fabric covers are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year. This warranty does not cover fading, piling, stretching, dye lot variations, normal wear and tear and mis-use of cleaning products and/or lack of proper care and cleaning.
